What do I need to register as a driver?+
A valid driving license, insurance, carrier permit and vehicle details. Upload the documents in the app and we verify them before your first load.
How do you make sure the other side is trustworthy?+
Every driver goes through document and vehicle verification, and each side is rated after a load — customers too. Every load is documented with photos, a signature and a receipt.
What happens when there's a problem with a load?+
You can reach us directly from an active load. The money stays in escrow until our team reviews the documentation and looks into the case.
